    THE YARD IS GROWING

    THE YARD IS EXPANDING IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE!

    Elmo Arts has recently extended The Yard brand to include 13 additional properties along Willow Springs Road, for a total footprint of 272,107 square feet across two connected blocks in South Austin. This coincides with the opening of the Still Austin Quarter - which will now occupy 15,000 SF, that has a projected opening of September 2026!

    Saturday, November 7th, 1-5 pm, we are shutting it down and turning it up! Live music, market vendors, and live mural painting. All ages welcome at this event, while we celebrate what makes The Yard so special. More details coming soon!
